实验操作过程符合中华人民共和国科学技术部《关于善待实验动物的指导性意见》要求。实验中尽可能减少动物使用数量和动物的痛苦。

All protocols were in accordance with the Guidance Suggestions for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals formulated by The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China. The number and suffering of animals was as minimized as much as possible.
